Ariette Hung

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, my name is Ariette! I'm a therapist, creative, and an adult child of immigrants.

As a Chinese-Canadian therapist, I am passionate about integrating my lived experience to work with young professionals, women, and youth that identify as children of immigrants or are of East-Asian descent.

I believe your unique story, voice, and healing matters, and I want to help you reclaim your narrative and personal power. I integrate cultural empathy and compassion into my sessions, creating a safe space for you to unpack and explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. As a therapist, I am collaborative and client-centred, here to understand your past and how you are in the present when it comes to navigating chronic stress, attachment issues, anxiety and life transitions.

I consider your whole self - your personality, history, values, lifestyle - in therapy together, and want to empower you to enact positive change in your mindset and life, while providing the resources and support to do so. In addition, with your consent and upon request, I am also able to provide my clients with personal development, career-related, and Christian faith-based counselling. If you're ready to start healing and growing, I'd love to work together!

Now, let’s talk about you and your needs.
