Are you going through a turbulent time in your life and want to find some peace?
True ‘wellness’ is acknowledging our challenges and struggles and learning to be okay with the fact that we will face hardships in life. However, if we commit to fostering aspects of our life that bring us joy, we can find peace within these moments of turbulence.
One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received is: “If the problem has a solution, worrying is pointless. In the end, the problem will be solved. If the problem has no solution, there is no reason to worry, because it can’t be solved.”
This advice has steered my approach towards mental health which is summed up perfectly in the quote: “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” In this regard, I believe that people do have the ability to find it within themselves to overcome the challenges they are facing. My role is to help you find that strength.
Mental health is not a rigid concept that we either ‘have’ or ‘do not have’. It requires tending - just like a garden - and it can wither or grow in response to our environment. To maintain mental health, there must be an active commitment to self-compassion, healthy boundaries and inner peace. And for many individuals, being this vulnerable and introspective is challenging to do alone.
That’s why I will always try to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to really open and share your fears, hopes and dreams with me. I am an open-minded person and genuinely care about people and their well-being. I am committed to putting in the necessary effort to find the best solutions that will help you achieve your goals.
Now, let’s talk about you and your needs.
If you’re ready to regain peace in your life, I am here to help.
