“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” — Rumi

My approach is client-centered, which means that you are at the heart of everything we do together. I believe in the inherent wisdom and strength that you already possess, and my role is to help you uncover and embrace that inner light. Life doesn’t always go the way we would like it to. Sometimes, it throws us a curveball, leaving us feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Whether you’re looking for answers as to why life isn’t going the way you had hoped, seeking the reasons behind recurring patterns that no longer serve you, or wanting to find happiness, peace, and healthier relationships, I’m here to walk beside you with understanding, compassion, and gentle support.

While it can be difficult to go through challenging periods, they often point us to areas of our lives that need to be looked at and healed. Healing is a journey, and I honour that it is uniquely yours. In our work together, I will hold a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—there’s no rush. My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self and rediscover your inner peace, so you can live a life that feels balanced, joyful, and fulfilling.

Together, we will gently uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and I’ll be there to support you in embracing self-compassion, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. Therapy is a partnership—one where you are always respected, heard, and valued. Every step we take will be grounded in the understanding that you are worthy of love, healing, and happiness.

If you feel called to explore this journey, I would be honoured to offer my support, kindness, and encouragement as you move toward a more empowered and authentic version of yourself.

Now, let’s talk about you and your needs.
