What if the patterns that feel like obstacles were actually invitations—to deeper understanding, healing, and transformation?
As a psychotherapist, I help people uncover the unconscious beliefs and experiences shaping their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Using a blend of psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, somatic therapy, and mindfulness, I guide clients toward greater self-awareness and connection. While I incorporate CBT and DBT when helpful, my approach is primarily rooted in exploring the deeper layers of the mind and body, where lasting change begins.
I also recognize that our personal struggles don’t exist in isolation. Our mental health is shaped not only by our inner world but also by the environments we move through—the societal, cultural, and relational forces that impact our sense of safety, belonging, and identity. By weaving this understanding into the therapeutic space, we create room for self-compassion, clarity, and a more authentic way of being.
Therapy is an opportunity to meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgment, to loosen the grip of outdated narratives, and to step into a more aligned and empowered version of yourself. I’m here to support you in that process.
