“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren't always comfortable, but they're never weakness.”- Brené Brown
My work as a therapist is grounded in the belief that fostering self-awareness and self-compassion are essential for personal growth and healing. I aim to create a respectful space where you can safely explore your inner world while embracing vulnerability and authenticity without fear of judgment.
I take a person-centered and culturally humble approach to therapy, acknowledging that you are the expert of your own life. My goal is to learn about your unique story and perspectives, tailoring my methods to fit your individual needs. Together, we will engage in a collaborative dialogue, with your voice guiding the process.
My approach is supported by my background in working with diverse populations. I am highly flexible in my practice, while bringing with me an anti-oppressive and social justice lens that will help us consider broader societal factors that impact your life.
My goal is to support you in developing a greater understanding of your authentic self, while empowering you to recognize strengths that help you navigate life’s challenges.
