Ashlee Parker
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
“I believe that healing is a journey that involves reconnecting the mind and body, and that each person has the inherent capacity to heal and grow from within.”
My clinical practice is rooted in a deep passion for healing, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about the human experience. I am dedicated to working alongside individuals on their journey of self-exploration, helping them explore and uncover all of who they truly are. I believe that healing is a journey that involves reconnecting the mind and body, and that each person has the inherent capacity to heal and grow from within.
In our work together, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their unique experiences, goals, and values. I draw on multiple theories and therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic work—each tailored to promote resilience, self-compassion, and wellness. I focus on fostering a sense of strength and growth in my clients, helping them navigate their lives with greater clarity and confidence.
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to ongoing professional development to continually enhance my practice and stay informed on the latest therapeutic approaches. I am equally dedicated to maintaining an inclusive and equitable practice, always striving to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and supportive for all individuals.
Now, let’s talk about you and your needs.
