"Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step." – Mariska Hargitay
As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with creating a space where you can explore your inner world, share your thoughts freely, and embrace the challenges that come with personal growth. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to understanding your unique journey.
I practice from a person-centered perspective, which means that you are the expert on your life, and my role is to support and guide you in a way that is responsive to your individual needs. Whether we are addressing anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, or deeper trauma, I collaborate with you to identify the most effective tools and strategies that will lead to meaningful change.
Having worked with diverse populations, including individuals facing relational and personal struggles, I am committed to creating an inclusive, anti-oppressive environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard. Together, we can explore the factors influencing your life, working to strengthen your resilience and self-awareness.
Next steps: I’m here whenever you’re ready to begin this journey together.
